The BYD Tech Tour opened today at SM City Clark’s Event Center, kicking off three days of innovation and excitement. From the moment the doors opened, visitors began checking out the newest BYD models, asking questions, and signing up for test drives to see the technology in action. The event runs until September 21, from 10 AM to 9 PM daily, giving everyone the chance to drop by.
On Display at Clark
Five vehicles are front and center, each one drawing plenty of interest:
Tang DM-i – Making its Clark debut, the BYD Tang DM-i commands attention with its bold size and road presence. This 7-seater family SUV offers three rows of versatile seating, smart tech features, and premium finishes designed for every journey. With the Super DM-i system, it combines power with efficiency, letting drivers go farther without compromise.
Sealion 6 DM-i – This SUV has been a favorite for those looking for space, style, and refinement in one package. The sharp exterior lines catch the eye, while the cabin inside is packed with technology that makes every drive easier. Visitors appreciated its blend of comfort and efficiency, whether for city use or long trips outside the city.
Shark 6 DMO – Easily one of the most talked-about vehicles of the day. The BYD Shark 6 DMO’s bold design makes it hard to miss, and its Super DMO system gives it strength that fits both urban and rough-road driving. Many guests were curious about its Vehicle-To-Load (V2L) Technology, which lets the pickup supply external power, adding practicality beyond its rugged capability.
Sealion 5 DM-i – Slightly more compact but no less advanced, the BYD Sealion 5 DM-i drew interest for its balance of size and features. It’s roomy enough for families but still agile for tighter streets. The rotating touchscreen and well-designed interior gave visitors a sense of how thoughtful the details are in everyday driving.

The Event Center has been buzzing since morning. Some visitors dropped in while shopping, others came specifically for the Tech Tour, but all left with a better understanding of what makes BYD stand out.
