Cebuano drivers will have their first opportunity to spend time with three of BYD’s newest models as the BYD Tech Tour returns to SM City Cebu from August 7 to 9, 2026.
Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, the event begins with the all-new BYD Atto 2 EV, Atto 2 DM-i, and new Seal 5 DM-i leading the display. Starting Saturday, August 8, the showcase grows with the arrival of the Tang DM-i, Sealion 7, and Sealion 5 DM-i, giving visitors even more models to explore and compare.

Two Ways to Experience the All-New Atto 2
The all-new BYD Atto 2 arrives in Cebu with a choice between full electric power and BYD’s Super DM-i plug-in hybrid technology.
The BYD Atto 2 EV offers up to 380 kilometers of all-electric range in a compact SUV designed for city life. Its manageable proportions suit traffic, parking buildings, and busy daily routes, while its quiet drive and responsive electric performance make every trip feel smooth and easy. Its long-range capability was recently demonstrated during another efficiency run conducted with the AAP. On a single full tank and full charge, the new Seal 5 DM-i covered 2,181.4 kilometers, achieved 32.71 km/L, and recorded an estimated running cost of only ₱2.48 per kilometer.
For drivers who already appreciated the previous Seal 5 DM-i, the new model takes the same practical sedan formula and makes it even more compelling. It retains the comfort and easy road manners of a sedan while delivering the range and efficiency needed for both everyday travel and longer journeys.
An Expanded Display Arrives on Saturday
Starting August 8, three more BYD models will join the display, broadening the showcase beyond the newly launched Atto 2 and Seal 5 DM-i.
The BYD Tang DM-i brings the space and comfort of a seven-seater SUV. With three rows of seating and Super DM-i technology, it’s designed for families who need room for daily routines, weekend trips, and longer drives without giving up refinement.
