- Visit any authorized BYD dealership nationwide within the promo period.
- Purchase a BYD eMAX 7 Standard or BYD Atto 3 Premium from October 4 to December 31, 2025.
- Receive ₱10,000 worth of EV charging vouchers redeemable at ACMobility EV Charging Stations nationwide via the Evro app.
- Vouchers are valid for one year upon activation and can be claimed from the dealer 45 days after purchase. The dealer will send the voucher code directly to the customer via SMS and email.
- Customers must have an existing and active Evro account to claim this offer (downloadable via Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Purchases made outside Metro Manila may include additional freight charges.
SETTING UP YOUR EVRO ACCOUNT
The Evro app is your key to seamless charging. With it, you can find charging hubs, redeem vouchers, and pay for charging sessions right from your phone. Here’s how to set it up and use it:
- Download the Evro App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Tap “Sign Up with Email” (or use Google/Apple sign-in).
- Fill in your details, agree to the Terms of Service, and tap Continue.
- Verify your email: check your inbox for the Evro verification email and click the link.
- Return to the app, log in, and complete your profile.
- Select your car make and model (BYD eMAX 7 Standard or Atto 3 Premium) and connector type.
- Once set up, the home screen will display nearby ACMobility EV Charging Hubs where you can use your credits.
REDEEM YOUR CHARGING CREDITS
Your BYD dealer will release your voucher code about 45 days after your vehicle purchase (codes are sent on the 5th of the following month). If you haven’t received it after 45 days, follow up with your dealer.
- Log in to your Evro account.
- In Evro maps page, Select ACMobility Membership.
- Go to the “Vouchers”
- Enter the voucher code to activate your ₱10,000 charging credits.
- Once redeemed, your credits will appear in your Evro balance and are valid for one year from activation.
- Unused credits expire after one year and can’t be converted to cash.
- Credits cannot be transferred between Evro accounts.
CHARGE YOUR EV USING CREDITS
- Use the Evro app to locate an ACMobility EV Charging Hub near you.
- Drive to the station, plug in your vehicle, and scan the QR code on the charger using the app.
- Select your preferred charging mode.
- Choose “ACMobility Membership” as your payment method to use your credits.
- Tap Confirm, Proceed, and slide to start charging– the app will display “Session Initializing.”
- You can monitor the charging progress live in the app.
- When finished, unplug your connector as prompted.
- Transaction details will be sent to your app and email for tracking.
