- Eligible customers will receive a voucher with VIN and CS No. details indicated upon release of the vehicle.
- Customers can avail the PMS services from any authorized BYD Cars Philippines dealership (not restricted to the dealer where the vehicle was purchased).

CHARGING CREDITS
Mechanics
- Promo is open to all customers who will purchase a BYD eMAX 7 Standard, BYD Atto 3 Premium, BYD Seal Performance or BYD Seal Advanced on or before December 31, 2025 at any authorized BYD Cars Philippines dealership nationwide.
- Receive P10,000 (for BYD eMAX 7 Standard and BYD Atto 3 Premium) and P25,000 worth (BYD Seal Performance and BYD Seal Advanced) of EV charging vouchers redeemable at ACMobility EV Charging Stations nationwide via the Evro app.
- Vouchers are valid for one year upon activation and can be claimed from the dealer 45 days after purchase. The dealer will send the voucher code directly to the customer via SMS and email.
- Customers must have an existing and active Evro account to claim this offer (downloadable via the Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Purchases made outside Metro Manila will be subject to additional shipping costs which may result to a higher SRP.
Setting Up Your Evro Account
The Evro App is your key to seamless charging. With it, you can find charging hubs, redeem vouchers, and pay for charging sessions right from your phone. Here’s how to set it up and use it:
- Download the Evro App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Tap “Sign Up with Email” (or use Google/Apple sign-in).
- Fill in your details, agree to the Terms of Service, and tap Continue.
- Verify your email: check your inbox for the Evro verification email and click the link.
- Return to the app, log in, and complete your profile.
- Select your car make and model (BYD eMAX 7 Standard, BYD Atto 3 Premium, BYD Seal Performance or BYD Seal Advanced) and connector type.
- Once set up, the home screen will display nearby ACMobility EV Charging Hubs where you can use your credits.
Redeem Your Charging Credits
Your BYD dealer will release your voucher code about 45 days after your vehicle purchase (codes are sent on the 5th of the following month). If you haven’t received it after 45 days, follow up with your dealer.
- Log in to your Evro account.
- In the Evro maps page, select ACMobility Membership.
- Go to the “Vouchers”
- Enter the voucher code to activate your P10,000 or P25,000 charging credits.
- Once redeemed, your credits will appear in your Evro balance and are valid for one year from activation.
- Unused credits expire after one year and can’t be converted to cash.
- Credits cannot be transferred between Evro accounts.
Charge Your EV Using Credits
- Use the Evro app to locate an ACMobility EV Charging Hub near you.
- Drive to the station, plug in your vehicle, and scan the QR code on the charger using the app.
- Select your preferred charging mode.
- Choose “ACMobility Membership” as your payment method to use your credits.
- Tap Confirm, Proceed, and slide to start charging - the app will display “Session Initializing”.
- You can monitor the charging process live in the app.
- When finished, unplug your connector as prompted.
- Transaction details will be sent to your app and email for tracking.
